Description
Grant Burge Hillcot Merlot — Barossa Valley, South Australia, 14.5% ABV. Deep ruby with purple hues; blackberry, cherry, mint, dark chocolate, mocha and sage on the nose. Generous red berry fruit, soft ripe tannins on the palate — ripe fruit sweetness with oak and fruit in balance. Lengthy chocolate and red berry persistence.
