Grant Burge Cameron Vale Cabernet Sauvignon — Barossa Valley, South Australia, 14.5% ABV. Deep crimson with characteristic Barossa richness. The nose is complex and inviting — chocolate-mint, tobacco leaf and bay leaf, with an undertow of cassis and dried herb. The palate is medium-to-full-bodied: smooth, velvety and fleshy, with balanced red and black fruit, coffee bean and dried herb, framed by fine-grained, persistent tannins. A classic Barossa Cab — bold and structured yet notably fresh.
