Description

Hardys VR Rosé — Riverland, South Australia, 12% ABV. A Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Colombard blend, an accessible fruit-forward style designed for uncomplicated enjoyment. Light crimson-pink in the glass. The nose offers ripe strawberry and raspberry with a soft floral note and just a hint of spice from the Shiraz component. On the palate it is light-bodied and gently sweet at the mid-palate, with clean berry fruit and soft tannins giving way to a crisp, lingering finish. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C. The Colombard addition brings brightness and helps maintain the wine's easy, food-versatile character across warm-weather service.
