Grant Burge Miamba Shiraz
Description
Grant Burge Miamba Shiraz — Barossa Valley, South Australia, 14.5% ABV. From the Vigneron Collection, the step between Classic and the icon Meshach. Dense dark crimson with a violet hue; plum, mulberry, cinnamon, nutmeg and aniseed on the nose. Full-bodied and fleshy, with ripe dark plum, dark berries, dark chocolate, and hints of liquorice. Silky, textured tannins and a generous, warming finish.
On-trade positioning: The Miamba is the Vigneron Collection Shiraz — the step before Grant Burge's icon Meshach. For wine lists that want a credible, full-Barossa Shiraz at a mid-premium price, Miamba delivers on the grape's classic regional character: big, ripe, spiced, structured. Works with red meats, slow-roasted dishes, aged hard cheeses. A natural pairing for contemporary Singapore fine-dining with bold Asian spice profiles.
