Grant Burge Classic Merlot — South Australia, 14% ABV. Deep ruby with purple hue; ripe plum, liquorice, vanilla pod, and allspice on the nose. Full-bodied with a soft, juicy mid-palate — plum and vanilla flavour with spice and mocha oak. Fine, long tannins and a persistent finish.

On-trade positioning: The Classic Merlot is the most food-approachable red in the Grant Burge Classic Collection — generous fruit, soft tannins, and a vanilla-spice warmth that works across a wide range of dishes.
