The palate is fresh and zesty — sweet tropical fruit, passionfruit, and pineapple flavours with a lively, crisp finish.
On-trade positioning: The 5th Generation Sauvignon Blanc is the tropical-fruited white that appeals to guests who find lean Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc too austere. The South Australian expression leans sweeter and riper than New Zealand equivalents — a good fit for South-East Asian palates.
