Côtes de Bourg, vintage 2022. Predominantly Merlot, balanced by Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 12 months in oak barrels (40% new) for added body and complexity. Notes of plum, blueberry and red berries with a hint of vanilla and chocolate. Pairs with grilled red meats and aged cheeses. Cellar 5-8 years.
