Baron de Lestac Bordeaux Rouge — Bordeaux AOC, France, 13.5% ABV. Cabernet Sauvignon-led with Merlot, aged in medium oak. Deep garnet with violet reflections; the nose offers powerful red berry fruit — blackcurrant, plum — with a gentle vanilla accent from the oak. On the palate the wine is balanced and generous, with softened tannins and a finish that lingers on toasted wood and ripe fruit. Classic Bordeaux structure at a house-pour price point. Pairs with red meats, duck and aged cheeses. Serve 16–18°C.
