Beauvillon Pays d'Oc Red Medium Sweet
Description
Beauvillon Pays d'Oc Red Medium Sweet — Languedoc, France, 11.5% ABV. Medium sweet at 44 g/L residual sugar. Cherry-hued ruby red with garnet highlights; the nose leads with dark cherry and bramble aromas and a characterful tarry note of liquorice. The palate is supple and round with firm, well-integrated tannins and a sweetly lingering finish. A distinctive style rarely found in Singapore's by-the-glass market. Serve slightly chilled at 12–14°C. Pairs well with desserts, fruit tarts, soft cheeses and mild Asian dishes that welcome a touch of sweetness.
On-trade positioning: A conversation-starter SKU for wine bars and casual dining outlets looking to extend their range beyond the standard dry red. Medium-sweet reds appeal to guests who find traditional dry reds too austere — particularly useful for accounts serving a mixed demographic or looking to bridge wine and dessert pairing. Position at the dessert stage or as an approachable introductory red. Enquire with HOAN about minimum order quantities.
