Amelia Chardonnay Blanco — Casablanca and Limarí Valley, Chile, 13.5% ABV. Draws on cool-climate fruit from two of Chile's most expressive white-wine terroirs — two of Chile's most expressive white-wine terroirs. Partial fermentation and aging in French oak on lees builds a textured, layered profile: fresh citrus and white peach on the nose, developing into toasted hazelnut, brioche and vanilla, with a mineral-saline finish that speaks directly to the coastal origin of the fruit.
