Domaine de La Clapière Étincelle
Description
Domaine de La Clapière Étincelle — Pays d'Oc IGP, Languedoc, 14% ABV. Icon-tier, vintage 2021. Single-parcel selection from the estate's finest block, aged in new French oak for extended complexity and structure. Deep, opaque garnet; the nose is richly layered with dark plum, cassis, cedar, dried herbs and a sophisticated mineral thread. On the palate the wine commands attention — concentrated, structured and age-worthy with firm, polished tannins and a finish of exceptional length. Cellar potential 8–12 years. The definitive expression of what the Languedoc terroir can achieve.
On-trade positioning: Positioned for fine-dining wine lists in Singapore seeking an outstanding-value icon alternative to Burgundy or Bordeaux Grand Cru at a fraction of the price. The Pays d'Oc appellation is well understood by Asia's wine-literate consumers, and the single-parcel provenance gives sommeliers a compelling story to tell. Suitable for special occasion menus, tasting menus and premium cellar programmes. Available in limited quantities — contact HOAN for vintage allocation.
